How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you book parking with us.

Who processes your data

What data we collect
When you make a booking we collect: your first name and surname, email address, telephone number, vehicle registration, the dates and times of your parking, the number of passengers for the shuttle, and a note if you enter one. We collect only the data we need in order to provide the service.
Why we collect it
We use your data in order to: receive and confirm your booking, recognise your vehicle at the car park, arrange the shuttle, and contact you if something needs to be arranged. The legal basis is the performance of a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep it
We keep booking data for 24 months from the return date, after which we delete or anonymise it. That period covers possible complaints and questions about earlier stays. Data required for accounting obligations is kept for the period set by law, which may be longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the website (hosting, sending email), and then only to the extent required to provide that service.
CCTV
The car park is under CCTV surveillance to protect property, which is the controller's legitimate interest. Recordings are used for that purpose alone; they are not used to track individuals and are never published. They are kept for 30 days, after which they are automatically overwritten. A recording is kept longer only if it is needed as evidence in proceedings that have already begun.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to reservations@parking-flysafe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
